Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

If we have a surge of orders due to a sale or new arrivals, we may run a few days behind on processing time. We will work quickly to get orders processed and packaged as quickly as possible.

Reve Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@therevecollection.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please ensure your information (name and address) is correct before submitting your order at checkout.

Preorders: These items are not available for priority express or standard shipping, as these items often ship separately at a future date.

Lost packages: If your package is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available after an investigation.  If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as shipping costs. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the right address, we are unable to issue a refund.
