Return Policy

At The Reve Collection, we strive to provide you with the best online shopping experience. We understand that sometimes the items you purchase may not meet your expectations or fit as you had hoped. Therefore, we have created a comprehensive return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

We offer free returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Store credit never expires and is issued once your return is accepted. Returns are free for U.S. customers.

Please read the following guidelines carefully:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • We accept returns on all unworn, unwashed and undamaged items.
    • All original tags and labels must be attached to the item. Shoes must be in shoe boxes.
    • We cannot accept returns on intimate apparel, swimwear, accessories (jewelry, hats, scarves, belts and handbags) and items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
    • Items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
      • Shoes can scuff easily. Please try on shoes on carpet to prevent them from scuffing. Shoe boxes must be returned without damage along with the shoes.
      • Clothes can get makeup on them easily. Please take extra care of clothing during the try-on process when wearing makeup or deodorant.

  1. Return Period:
    • You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
    • Returns initiated after the specified return period may not be accepted.

    • Once your return item is received and inspected, we will notify you of its status.
    • If the return is approved, you will be eligible for a store credit.
    • Store credits will be issued in the form of a gift card and can be used towards future purchases.
  4. Exchanges:
    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
  5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
    • In the rare event that you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact our customer support team immediately at orders@therevecollection.com
    • We may request photographic evidence of the damaged item or ask you to return it for a replacement or refund.
    • We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.

The Reve Collection reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the specified criteria mentioned in this return policy. Any alterations or modifications made to the original item by the customer will void the return policy.
